II. Termination
GFEDating reserves the right to terminate your access to GFEDating.com, without any advance notice. If we need to do so, you will be given a reason in writing to the email address associated with the account

III. Age Restriction(s)
As a condition of using the Website(s), you affirm that you are over the age of majority (e.g., over 18 years or 21 years) in the jurisdiction in which you reside. GFEDating disclaims any and all responsibility resulting from any misrepresentations concerning the User’s age.

V. Memberships
GFEDating offers three (3) type of memberships; Provider, Member and Agency. No one under the age of 18 is allowed to use our website. We reserve the right to not approve any new membership should it be determined to be fraud in nature, or unrepresentative of our platform. All registered and approved members, providers , or agencies are responsible for maintaining thier accoun in good standing. Member and Agency accounts are renewable monthly, and should they fail to renew on thier specified renewal date due to financial reasons, the member or agency will be notified, in writing. Up to three (3) attempts will be made to renew the now overdue account. After that, the account is subject to deletion along with all of the data associated with that account.

VI. Ads & Ad Content
Only accounts of type "Provider" or "Agency" may post new ads to be displayed on the website. All new ads MUST have valid photo verification attached to the ad, will be approved by our administration staff, and MUST NOT violate any of the following terms;

• NO attached photos of genetalia (nipples are ok)
• Attached ad photos MUST NOT contain any person other than the person posting the ad
• Ad Text and Ad Title MUST NOT contain the the following words: lolita, escort, teen, twink, tween, ect
• Attached ad photos may not contain smoking or representation of marijuana (pot, 420) in any way.
• Contact information on the ad MUST go directly to the provider or agency posting the ad

VII. Changes to This Agreement
GFEDating.com is only intended to be used and viewed by consenting adults over the age of 18.
GFEDating reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on gfedating.com Your decision to continue to visit and make use of gfedating.com after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Therefore, we ask that you check and review this agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the gfedating.com site immediately.
